Terms of Service

By purchasing, downloading, or using any Azrath Scripts product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not purchase or use our products.

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the product on your personal devices for personal use only. This license is for a single user and may not be shared, sublicensed, or transferred to any other individual or entity.

You agree NOT to: • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any Azrath product • Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any product • Crack, bypass, or circumvent any license key, authentication, or protection mechanism • Redistribute, resell, lease, rent, loan, or share any product or your license with third parties • Upload any product to file-sharing sites, forums, or any public or private distribution channel • Use any product for commercial purposes without explicit written permission • Attempt to extract, copy, or replicate proprietary algorithms or methods used in our tools • Use automated tools to scrape, download, or interact with our website or services • Assist others in performing any of the above prohibited activities

All Azrath products, including but not limited to software, code, designs, logos, and documentation, are the exclusive intellectual property of Azrath Scripts. All rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution will be pursued to the fullest extent of applicable law.

Your license may be terminated immediately and without notice if you violate any of these terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the product in your possession. Azrath Scripts reserves the right to blacklist hardware IDs and accounts associated with violations. No refund will be issued for terminated licenses.

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once the product has been delivered or downloaded. If you experience a legitimate technical issue that prevents the product from functioning as described, contact our support team through Discord within 48 hours of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue or consider a refund on a case-by-case basis.

Our tools modify system settings, registry entries, and configurations to optimize performance. While we include backup and restore functionality, all products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Azrath Scripts is not responsible for any damage, data loss, hardware issues, or unintended consequences resulting from the use of our products. You use all products at your own risk.

In no event shall Azrath Scripts be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our products, regardless of whether such damages are based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other theory.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue our products and these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our products after changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
